Hi, I’m Katie, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that therapy should feel like a real, human connection. I draw from an eclectic mix of evidenced-based modalities; including mindfulness and cognitive behavioral tools. I earned my MSW from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and continue to train in approaches that support both emotional and embodied healing. Wherever you are in your journey, I’m here to meet you with care, curiosity, and compassion.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is dedicated to empowering children and families develop skills to cope with difficulties in life. My background is in working with children and young adults with Autism, school-aged children and their families support navigating times of stress, conflict, anger, anxiety and grief. I also have experience working with older adults. I have worked in schools, community-based agencies and residential programs.
Do you feel like you’ve been surviving, but are longing to truly start living? Are you seeking deeper self-awareness and alignment in your mind, body, and spirit?
My name is Nia and I am an Integrative Somatic and Mental Health Therapist, Herbalist, and “emotional translator” dedicated to helping individuals reconnect with themselves and live their most purposeful lives.
At the core of my work is presence. To truly see and support my clients, I ground myself in connection—allowing space for individuals to feel seen, heard, and understood in ways they may never have before. Through nervous system regulation, emotional awareness, and exploration of unmet needs across life’s domains, I guide clients from reactivity toward balance, alignment, and empowerment.
I work best with individuals who are in a place of stabilization and are ready to deepen their self-awareness, strengthen their sense of empowerment, and step into their fullest expression. Together, we will explore your roots, cultivate resilience, and create the conditions for growth, healing, and self-actualization.
