My name is Wendy Green, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in New York. I work with adults, supporting them through a wide range of challenges including anxiety, relationship struggles, self-esteem concerns, and women’s issues.
I believe therapy should be a safe and supportive space where you feel heard and understood. My approach is flexible and guided by your unique needs. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. In practice, this means we’ll work together to explore your experiences, identify unhelpful patterns, and find practical strategies that support your growth and well-being.
Hey, I’m Heather, a licensed clinical social worker & certified Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapist. Our work together can be an opportunity to better understand how present behaviors & beliefs are keeping you from your fullest happiness. We'll uncover what's at the root of these challenges & together, create strategies for what you feel is needed: managing stress & anxiety, establishing healthy boundaries, deepening self-awareness, working through loss or creating conscious relationships + more.
My name is Melissa DePaolo, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I received my BSW from Mansfield University and my MSW from Marywood University. During these chaotic and unpredictable times, it is natural to be experiencing difficulties. Fun, joy, connection, and community are difficult to access and impact wellbeing. I specialize in treating symptoms of anxiety, autism, adhd, depression and multicultural issues. I avoid labeling diagnoses (decolonizing when possible) and work to treat you holistically. We work on communication, focusing, frustration tolerance strategies through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with an anti-oppressive lens.
With the use of therapy or medication I can treat you or your child so that impairments can be identified and the ability to function more easily is achieved.
My training allows me to diagnose and give treatment recommendations based on my assessment which consists of an evaluation gathering personal history, psychosocial and environmental stressors, and symptom review. I can help you understand the diagnosis and determine the cause of the difficulty with the use of medication or psychotherapy.
I am a double Board Certified Psychiatrist with Specialty Fellowship training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. I completed my Adult Residency Training and Child and Adolescent Fellowship training at North Shore Long Island Jewish Hospital affiliated with Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 2009 and 2011 respectively.
