I have a passion for supporting individuals by encouraging changes, healing, and empowerment. I have had the wonderful opportunity to practice as a mental health therapist as well as share my expertise to deliver educational services in Palm Beach County for the last 8+ years. I received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from South University and I currently hold a Master of Science in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University. I am currently completing an EdD with an emphasis in Behavioral Health at Grand Canyon University.
I have experience working with children and families, adolescents, adults, couples, and groups. I have experience working with individuals who have experienced trauma and abuse, anxiety, depression, stress, and co-occurring disorders. I have also worked with clients dealing with single parenthood, partner relational conflict, childhood and generational trauma, grief, and loss issues. I specialize in child-parent/family issues and domestic abuse (intimate partner violence).
I am licensed as a mental health counselor, and for the past 11 years I have specialized in therapy with children, adolescents, families, and couples, in addition to providing qualified supervision of registered mental health counseling interns. More recently, I served as the clinical director of an infant mental health program in Sarasota, Florida. I received my Master's of Arts in Clinical Counseling from Columbia International University, and have provided therapy for families and couples in their homes, outpatient office settings, and in my private practice.
My approach to therapy for children and parents, and couples is attachment focused. My practice is based on the belief that we all need healthy attachments to significant people in our lives, and when we are hurting, it is then that we need others most. This is why I have found this therapeutic approach to be so effective. Relationships are at the core of our humanity.

Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, stress, or relationship challenges? Many individuals find themselves stuck despite wanting meaningful change, especially when emotional distress begins to interfere with daily functioning and overall well-being. Therapy offers a structured and supportive space to better understand these challenges and develop effective coping strategies. Seeking professional support is an important first step, and meaningful change occurs through intentional work both in and outside the therapy setting.
