Hello, I am a licensed mental health therapist from Florida with 20 years of experience addressing various mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, school-related issues, relationship concerns, trauma, and grief. I believe in evidence-based practice treatment goals need to be objective and measurable. Regular reviews are important to track down progress. A sense of humor is a unique tool creating a relaxing atmosphere that enhances therapy. You will encounter a culturally sensitive therapist who used to be a former international student. With my multicultural background I am solid in applying a holistic approach to treat mental health issues. If western surgery can not cure you let us try Chinese Acupuncture.
