

I’m a marriage and family therapist who helps individuals and couples navigate the complexities of relationships—whether that’s improving communication, rebuilding trust, or finding clarity during times of change. I help people make sense of their relationships—when things feel confusing, distant, or stuck. I support clients in building healthy patterns that lead to meaningful, resilient connections My goal is to help people create stronger, more authentic connections with themselves and others.
I became credentialed by the State of Florida as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 2018. In 2016, I received my Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Florida State University and before that obtained my bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Central Florida in 2012. I have extensive experience working with at risk populations and I am knowledgeable of Central Florida community resources. I am most comfortable working with Client’s who have experienced severe trauma, are coping through grief, experiencing symptoms of depression and/or anxiety, and practice LGBTQ affirmative therapy. Being born in Panama City, Panama, I am proficient in Spanish and English and enjoy traveling and spending time with friends and family during my time off.
Dr. Heather Marshall is a licensed clinical psychologist who earned her PhD in Clinical Psychology from DePaul University's College of Science and Health in Chicago, IL. She completed her foundational training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) through Behavioral Tech and worked as a Staff Psychologist at a comprehensive DBT program in the Chicago area. Dr. Marshall has been trained in several evidenced based trauma treatments and has been practicing trauma treatment with clients throughout her training and career.
Dr Stacey Nelson is a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist in Florida since 2001 and in California since 1995. She is a Motivational Trainer and Consultant and has been Adjunct Faculty at more than twenty (20) universities and Community Colleges in Florida, California and Hawaii, and for Hospitals and Medical Centers. Dr Nelson works with Individuals, Couples, Families and Groups, and enjoys facilitating Seminars, Workshops, and small Psychoeducational Groups.
