My two passions in life are being a therapist and traveling the world. I completed my master's in Mental Health Counseling at Nova Southeastern University. I love working with all individuals who need the extra help during the hardest times of their lives. I have professional experience with all ages. I have experience with anxiety, depression, high risk, stress management, trauma and more. In my professional journey I have worked in various environments including inpatient and outpatient.

I am a licensed therapist with extensive experience working across outpatient, residential, and telehealth settings. Over the years, I’ve supported individuals, couples, and families in addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, relationship challenges, and personal growth. My background as a psychometrician and Certified Sex Offender Therapist, along with training in CBT, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and hypnotherapy, allows me to provide a well-rounded and evidence-based approach. I am committed to treating the whole self—mind, body, and spirit—while creating a safe, supportive space for meaningful change.
