Hi, my name is Zach, and I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Denver Seminary’s CACREP accredited program. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado, and I work largely with LGBTQ+ individuals, specializing in religious trauma and spirituality, eating disorders and body image, relationship issues, and grief and loss. I recently became certified as a Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Provider to provide ketamine-assisted therapy.
As a Licensed Psychotherapist, I approach the therapeutic process from a holistic viewpoint. I believe that the integration of Body, Mind and Spirit is an essential expression of personal health. My focus is on the whole person, with special emphasis on how the mind is connected directly to the body and how a person thinks, acts and feels.
Our sessions will begin at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I specialize in an integrative, holistic approach to depression, anxiety, trauma, and coping with life challenges. My therapeutic approach blends humanistic, mindfulness, somatic work, deep spiritual inquiry, CBT, and psychodynamic therapy, tailored to each client’s unique experiences. I believe in the healing potential of psychedelic medicines and offer preparation and integration for psychedelic journeys.
I try every day to be an authentic human who loves and respects the individuality of all other humans. Being a clinical social worker since 2001, is reflected in my personal values and faith system. My goal is to spread kindness like confetti which has spanned serving in Baltimore, Jacksonville, Atlanta and Eagle County, CO. I have a solution focused mindset, believe in the mind body connection and giving ourselves grace. Life is not always easy and sometimes we need short term professional support, some sunshine, a deep breath, a 20 second hug and some new found eyes on the situation.
Hi, I'm Tim and I've been in the counseling field for the past 6 years now, where I have worked in various settings helping individuals parcel out what's going on for them at that given moment. What I have come to learn during these past 6 years is to listen for what might be the underlying factors that are causing disruption or consequences in one's life. My training has allowed me to develop this approach through existential, humanistic, and behavioral psychology models. We have a lot going on and things get enmeshed in our lives. I'm here to listen.
As your therapist, I offer a space that is nonjudgmental, kind, and genuinely welcoming. I understand that trying new ways of facing life's challenges can be intimidating, and my goal is to help you feel as comfortable as possible throughout that process.
Professionally, I bring experience from a variety of challenging settings—including my time serving clients and families in foster care and nursing homes, even through the COVID-19 pandemic. My academic foundation is rooted right here in Colorado, having attended CSU and Adams State.
Personally, I'm a native Coloradan, a bonus mom, and a lover of all things creative, including photography and fine art.
My ultimate purpose in this work is simple: to be an open and secure space where you can process your journey, question mindsets that no longer serve you, and work toward being the best version of yourself—as you define it.
