My therapeutic style is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I am highly trained, deeply dedicated to my clients, and committed to providing effective care that creates real, lasting change. I believe therapy should feel both supportive and practical, offering not only understanding but also tools that you can use in your everyday life.
I am passionate about creating a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients. I am committed to helping my clients identify and navigate their feelings, learn healthier coping skills, and ultimately find hope and heal. I have worked with adults and adolescence with eating disorders, substance and behavioral addictions, personality disorders, bipolar disorder, co-dependency, trauma, anxiety, and depression.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. After completing my education and training at Stockton University, I began working in healthcare settings, specifically, with patients and families dealing with chronic illnesses. I’ve worked with diverse populations in non-profit organizations, in-home services and for-profit healthcare treatment settings. Outside of behavioral health care and in my free time, I enjoy being outdoors, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
