I am a licensed psychologist living in vibrant San Antonio, TX. My career in mental health began in 2010 with a Masters in Psychology then licensure as a psychological associate, professional counselor, and, more recently, a psychologist. My graduate study and supervised experience with therapy and psychological assessment have occurred in community mental health clinics, academic medical centers, school-based programs, and private practice.
I am a very direct, cerebral introvert who likes to cut through the chase! I have expectations that people will take charge of their lives and accept personal responsibility. I love to have insightful conversations with people. I enjoy hearing people's stories. I've spent more than 20 years listening to the uniquness and perperspectives of others.
Hi, I’m Nargis Ali, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas with over six years of experience in the counseling field. I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am currently pursuing my PhD in Counseling and Supervision.
I believe that healing begins when we feel truly seen, heard, and supported. In my work, I strive to create a warm and nurturing space where you can show up exactly as you are — no judgment, just understanding. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, uncover patterns, and move toward emotional healing and personal growth at a pace that feels right for you.
Your story is unique and you deserve to have a safe place to share your experiences without judgement. I am here to provide that safe place for you whether it is In-Person or Telehealth. I believe in building a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients and meet them where they are at. I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced traumatic events throughout their life. I am ready to be part of your healing journey. Tu estas en control de tu vida, es tiempo de cuidar de ti.
Life can get heavy—whether you’re juggling family dynamics, relationship stress, parenting challenges, or just trying to stay afloat. Maybe you’ve always been the dependable one, the person everyone else leans on, but you’re starting to realize it’s time to focus on yourself. You want less tension, more connection, and practical tools that actually make a difference. You’re not after a quick fix—you just want someone real to help you sort things out and walk with you through the hard parts.
For online services, I solely work with individual adult clients via traditional talk therapy modalities and EMDR (I offer in-person for adults as well). For child clients ages 3 1/2 to 11 years old, I practice Child-Centered Play Therapy in-person (no virtual sessions for children). I also offer parent consultations as well as Child-Parent Relationship Training online and in-person for parents.
I take a slow, mindful, and relational approach to the therapeutic process. We live in a world where things move quite quickly, in such a way where slowing down can feel scary. But it can also be a great act of resistance. In the therapy room, you will have ample time to explore while I offer presence and guidance along the way. If you and I were to be on a road trip, you are behind the wheel while I help to navigate from the passenger seat
I obtained my Master's degree in Social Work at University of Texas at Arlington in 1997. I received my Bachelor's degree from University of Texas at Tyler in 1993. I have worked in the inpatient mental health hospital setting for much of those years. I have also done outpatient, private practice for over 16 years..

Hi, I'm Jessica Brady, LCSW. I'm glad you're here! I specialize in evidence-based approaches that help you break free from patterns that keep you stuck. I believe true strength doesn’t come from staying in control — it comes from opening up.
