

At my core, I am a humanist, existentialist, and a proponent of unconditional self-compassion. I have a strong skill set working with older teens and young adults but love working with all humans in general. I have over 12 years' experience working with teens, adults, and families in stressful situations. I have worked inpatient hospitalization, School-Based, ESFT, and Drug & Alcohol throughout the years. I am licensed in the state of PA and working on certification in EMDR and Perinatal Mental Health.
