I’m a licensed clinical social worker, and I work with adults who are going through difficult or overwhelming times—whether that’s anxiety, low mood, grief, or just feeling stuck. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, where we can talk openly and work through life’s challenges together.
I am a New Jersey based (though licensed in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania) psychotherapist trained in dual diagnosis and a certified trauma specialist for adults and adolescents. I believe everyone has the capacity for positive change and consider it an honor to support individuals on their journey toward healing.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience in mental health and substance abuse, specializing in adolescents and adults who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction and life transitions. I believe in a person-centered approach; you are the expert on your life, and you can be empowered to change your thoughts and behaviors to improve your emotional well-being. I provide an environment where you will feel safe and comfortable to talk about everything and anything.
