Welcome. I am affirming, warm, non-judgemental, and accepting. Open to diverse clients and experiences. Master's in Counseling with training in thinking and language. Experience with life transitions and women's issues.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and the owner of Transformative Journey Counseling, LLC. I hold a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Springfield College and a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Saint Joseph’s University. I also earned my Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from The Pennsylvania State University.
I specialize in helping adults navigate anxiety, stress, trauma, and adjustment-related challenges. My work focuses on empowering clients to gain insight, build resilience, and find healthy ways to cope and grow through life’s transitions.
I believe the therapeutic relationship is the cornerstone of healing and growth and am dedicated to creating a collaborative and empathetic environment. I have been a licensed NJ therapist for 3 years, working with individuals of various ages, cultures, and points of view. I especially enjoy working with those in transitional periods of life - preteen and adolescents, young adults/college students, and adults navigating a new role or challenge for the first time.

Do you have a hard time identifying your hunger of fullness cues? Do you struggle with trusting your body? Does your fear of weight gain dictate your food choices or are you always trying a new "diet"? If this sounds like you, you are not alone.
