I am a licensed independent social worker (LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts with a concentration in mental health. I use a trauma-informed lens to help adults and adolescents navigate a variety of social, emotional, and interpersonal challenges. I am committed to helping my clients thrive and make meaningful and lasting change!
Are you feeling like you're simply "powering through" each day? Do you feel lost in a sea of information, no longer certain what is meaningful in your life? I'm a therapist with over 10 years of experience specializing in helping Millennials navigate these exact challenges.
I use various therapy modalities to provide you with practical, actionable skills. We'll work together to help you gain control over emotional discomfort, manage stress, and build healthier relationships. My goal is to empower you to stop destructive patterns and make meaningful changes that last.
My professional background includes a master's degree from Salem State University and extensive experience in the social work field. I'm dedicated to creating a collaborative and open environment where you can feel confident and supported.
Selecting a therapist is a personal decision, and it's okay to have questions. I invite you to connect with me so we can explore if I'm the right person to support you through this season of your life.
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience working in medical and interdisciplinary settings. In addition, I have also worked as a chaplain in hospital and nursing home settings. I hold a M.A. in Pastoral Theology from Boston College and a MSW from Salem State University. I provide the care my clients deserve, treating them with dignity, compassion, and respect.
As a queer, fat, disabled, trans, nonbinary therapist, I hope to support queer and trans adults as they learn about themselves. Whether I was working in community health, labor organizing, a group practice, or a hospital based trans health program, my work has focused on supporting folks who are gender curious, navigating their gender journey, processing complex trauma, learning what healing feels like, or reflecting on what they would like to see in relationships with themselves and others.
