I have spent a majority of my training working across the lifespan from childhood to adulthood, and within family systems. I am trained in helping clients with stress and anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, family conflicts, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, and depression. Some of the individuals that I work with are in recovery from eating and substance-related disorders. My clients often face school and work avoidance and may find it difficult to do things they once enjoyed.
Life can bring storms, transitions, and moments when the way forward feels uncertain. You may feel weighed down by old wounds, or by the pressure of always being the one others rely on. Perhaps you long for a place to pause, feel supported, and rediscover your own strength. Therapy can offer a way through—helping you move toward greater clarity, balance, and connection.
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts with a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and over 15 years of experience. Clients often describe me as compassionate, validating, and direct. My approach blends deep emotional work with practical solutions, drawing from EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and somatic practices. I specialize in working with adults navigating trauma, caregiving roles, and major life changes.
Becoming a licensed clinical social worker has always been a career goal. Growing up, I constantly advocated for vulnerable populations and had a deep understanding of people’s emotions. As the oldest child and daughter, understanding family dynamics, worldviews, and individual experiences came naturally. In my career, I’ve provided psychotherapy to court-ordered parents working to reunite with their children, teens in a school setting as a behavioral health therapist, and millennial individuals as a primary therapist. As a first-generation college graduate, an entrepreneur, and a businesswoman, I also understand the challenges that come with starting something from scratch and learning as you go. Sometimes, you need to speak with a relatable yet unbiased party to process your thoughts and feelings about everyday stressors that you may not feel comfortable sharing openly. I use evidence-based practices and unconventional interventions to reach clients where they are.
I am a licensed mental health counselor, specializing in the treatment of anxiety disorders, depression, mood disorders and maternal mental health. I consider myself to be a holistic and multicultural therapist, who works with clients to promote empowerment, social justice, and wellness.
I am passionate about creating space for clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures, to share freely who you are, being able to explore your values, feelings, and thoughts within an authentic and accepting environment. I believe we each have many layers that influence how we experience the world and our lives. My areas of expertise include addressing depression/anxiety, adjustment to college, grief, life transitions & stress related issues, finding existential meaning/life purpose, psychedelic integration (post experience with the medicine) and LGBTQIA+ together with related issues of marginalization and familial expectations.
A relationship built on trust and empathy is key to healing. I believe in providing a person-centered and non-judgmental therapeutic atmosphere that starts with building rapport. Many parts of our identity contribute to our perceptions and we’ll work together to identify those so you can have a personalized treatment. I believe in a culturally sensitive approach to both assessment and treatment are important.
As a licensed mental health counselor, I believe that mental well-being is foundational to living a fulfilling and connected life. Taking the step to begin therapy can be challenging, and I commend you for making that choice. Over the course of my career in college and community mental health, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals navigate substance use, addiction, anxiety, grief, trauma, life transitions, and challenges with motivation. My goal is to create a compassionate, judgment-free environment where growth and healing can take root.
I am a mother of four adult children and started my counseling career after many years of being a parent. I attended the Eastern Nazarene College Master's Program in Counseling, worked as a Master's level clinician in a rural clinical setting, then earned my licensure in mental health counseling. I have recently gained training in EMDR therapy and have started using EMDR in my work.

As a licensed therapist, I believe dignity and self-worth increases when wellness is prioritized. Many of us can grow, change, learn lessons and/or be shaped by our experiences, good or bad. I've worked the past 15 years helping adolescents, adults, groups and community organizations focus on restoration and personal development within their experiences.
Seeking help can feel overwhelming, and finding the right provider matters. I provide a warm, welcoming space where clients can feel heard, respected, and supported.
