I’m Tanesha Mould, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Georgia and Illinois. I specialize in supporting individuals through life’s pivotal transitions — from young adulthood through the aging process — with a focus on anxiety, depression, stress management, grief, postpartum challenges, and navigating the early stages of perimenopause.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Troy University and a Master’s from Clark Atlanta University, I bring both academic depth and lived experience to the therapeutic space. As a wife, mother of two, and dedicated therapist, I understand the complexity of modern life and the importance of creating a space where you can breathe, reflect, and heal.
When I’m not in session, you can find me enjoying quality time with family and friends, working out, volunteering, or traveling — all things that keep me grounded and inspired.
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor for IL. I hold a Master Degree in Counseling Psychology and a Master in Organizational Psychology. I am a Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor (CADC). I have a significant history working with Adolescents and Families, and Substance Abuse treatment. I provide psychotherapy for individuals, families and groups dealing with many mental health concerns including but, not limited to: depression, anxiety, anger management, grief and loss, parenting and behavioral issues, women issues and I can provide Christian counseling as well.
