I’m dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care for individuals of all backgrounds. My goal is to create a safe space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to take control of your mental well-being. I value collaboration, transparency, and genuine connection in the healing process.
I believe quality mental health care starts with feeling heard and respected. I take a collaborative, patient-centered approach and work to understand the whole person, not just symptoms. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space while offering thoughtful, evidence-based psychiatric care tailored to each individual’s needs.
As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and former Professional School Counselor I bring nearly two decades of experience working with individuals across various stages of life. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I believe that healing happens when you feel seen, heard, and supported, without judgment.
My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, or identity exploration, our work together will focus on helping you reconnect with your inner strength and move toward a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling.
I listen intuitively — 100% judgment free, with unconditional support. In our work together you'll increase confidence and manage stress more effectively.
We'll uncover the root of what's troubling you, explore new perspectives, and shift into healthier thought patterns.
This is done by integrating evidence based and mind-body approaches, which tends to bring clients RELIEF and CLARITY.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in adults coping with various mental health disorders including Major Depressive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Dementia, and Schizophrenia. . I serve clients who are coping with symptoms related to various diagnoses that are often exacerbated by life transitions (i.e., aging, divorce, empty nest, retirement, family dynamics, and health challenges). Many of my clients have found themselves unexpectedly in the role of a caregiver to loved ones coping with chronic health conditions. This adjustment can be both emotionally draining and overwhelming. My goal is to help the individual navigate through these challenges through reflection, learning coping strategies and building or strengthening support networks that will assist in coping with life’s challenges.
I am a board-certified registered art therapist and licensed clinical professional counselor. I have worked in non-profit organizations, providing counseling services to young children adolescents, and adults.
