Welcome! I’m Sara, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a passion for empowering individuals to step into their fullest, most authentic selves. In my practice, I specialize in working with clients, including first responders and their families, to navigate the challenges of anxiety, low self-esteem, and the pressures that can prevent them from living confidently and authentically.
Hello and welcome! I’m Chloe Lucas, LMFT, and I’m here to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your feelings, challenges, and experiences. Whether you’re navigating trauma, managing anxiety, or seeking connection, I’m here to help you uncover new pathways to healing and growth.
As your therapist, I offer a space that is nonjudgmental, kind, and genuinely welcoming. I understand that trying new ways of facing life's challenges can be intimidating, and my goal is to help you feel as comfortable as possible throughout that process.
Professionally, I bring experience from a variety of challenging settings—including my time serving clients and families in foster care and nursing homes, even through the COVID-19 pandemic. My academic foundation is rooted right here in Colorado, having attended CSU and Adams State.
Personally, I'm a native Coloradan, a bonus mom, and a lover of all things creative, including photography and fine art.
My ultimate purpose in this work is simple: to be an open and secure space where you can process your journey, question mindsets that no longer serve you, and work toward being the best version of yourself—as you define it.
One on one therapy with clients as well as groups and classes.
Christina's passion lies in helping people holistically, addressing not only their mental health concerns but also their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. She believes that true healing comes from a combination of evidence-based therapy techniques, self-care practices, and a supportive community.
Throughout my career I have experience working in outpatient therapy with clients that have struggled with many different mental health symptoms including PTSD, depression, and anxiety.
I am grateful to have over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, specializing in addictions, trauma, systems/care coordination, disabilities, and serious mental illnesses. I have my master's in forensic psychology where I learned more about assessment, the intersections of sociolegal issues and mental health, and clinical psychology. I obtained my doctorate in counselor education and supervision where I specialized in multicultural issues, shame resilience, and advocacy.
Are you BIPOC or LGBTQIA+ struggling with self-compassion and self-care? Are you struggling with the anxiety of navigating a society that feels like it's not made to support you? Whether it's systemic issues or unpredictable life changes, sometimes life can feel overwhelming and beyond our control. I provide a space for you to be your authentic self and receive unconditional positive regard through these challenges. Come as you are.
Hi, my name is Tami Bean and I have 18+ years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, specializing in working with adults around issues of trauma, depression, substance abuse, and anxiety.
I have been working in the field of Social Work since 1998. Over the years, I have lived and worked in many different states from the East Coast to the West Coast. I have worked with people in a variety of settings including college campuses, substance abuse treatment programs, the Special Victims Unit of the District Attorney's office, child welfare, crisis centers, and programs serving folks experiencing psychosis. All of these experiences have enriched my life and provided opportunities to learn and grow as a therapist.
I have also walked my own journey of recovery over the years and have had the pleasure of working with a number of caring and talented therapists and mentors who have helped me with my own healing. I am forever grateful to the role they have played in guiding and supporting me along the way.
We are all on a journey. Sometimes we have the honor of supporting others and sometimes we are honored to receive support. If I can be of support to you at this time, please reach out.
I’m so glad you’re here! I can’t wait to learn more about you or your loved one. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Addiction Counselor with experience working with people of all ages and abilities.
